Duangjitt Resort & Spa

Pros- Large property. Very well maintained. Fairly well located. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Room service is fine and prompt. Staff is polite and courteous. Cons- They take a security deposit of 3000 and while checking out, charge you for things you haven't consumed or lost. We were charged 200 TBH for two spoons 😔, which we have no idea about they being missing. In-room dining menu was exorbitantly expensive.

Property is big and clean But their rules are terrible. Cheap mentality staff,no humanity Hungry for money only.

It is a proper resort and worthy of being called one. Location is pretty good, just 5 minutes walk from Patong beach. Rooms sizes are decent and swimming pool is huge. Only area of improvement was breakfast as being an Indian the choices were almost nil. Even the omelette tasted very differently. So we has to resort to bread butter and fruits.

It was ok... Very less buggies for internal movement... Room services are very poor... Swimming pool is very nice...

Location is great but they take 3k deposit which blocks a lot of your money. The water slides are amazing. One problem is mosquitoes in the room which we was uncomfortable and they removed after we complained.

The property is massive but the service is extremely terrible. Check-in takes hours, buggy will make you wait for 45 minutes on a minimum. No vegetarian options available. Rooms on the third floor with no elevator. Rooms are underdone and need renovation for the price they are charging. Overpriced and overhyped property. You should either lower your prices or go for a makeover and stop looting the customers

There service was not good, they were taking lot of time for everything our checkout process took one hour

Check-in/out always take 40-50 minutes. Feel like a cage with towel rules and many others. Not a friendly hotel, Breakfast is not good, they don’t have even options for the coffee to choose from. Not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel. Because of the very big property their management is poor, check-in/out process can be automated.

The hotel is perfectly located, very close to patong beach on one side and malin plaza, which is an excellent street food night market on the other side. The hotel has 2 main pools and serves a wonderful breakfast catering to all kinds of tourists. The rooms were huge with a balcony attached. Loved my stay.

The stay at duangjit resort nd spa is excellent with great hospitality and well maintained property , clean pools , excellent room service and a beautiful landscaped environment Been to phuket 3to 5 times but found this property best till now

Duangjitt resort is probably the biggest in Phuket. One minute walk to most happening Patong beach, shopping and food courts. Huge property with 3 big swimming pools, wide breakfast spreads including Indian food and a Spa

Hospitality is very bad in this resort. If you call 5 times for anything still they don’t send. Staff is also not polite and sometimes rude. Room was okay but have mosquitoes. No indian food / good vegetarian food during breakfast buffet. For kids there is no special food items and when you try to request them they don’t listen although they charge very high for kids food.

it was a wonderful stay. the property is huge. spa near the pool was awesome and very relaxing. you can engage in various activities near to the pool side. it’s very close to the bus stop and patong beach. 🏝️

Great stay. Rooms are very modern, clean and esthetically designed. Air-conditioning seems to have advanced filtering systems as it provides pristine air quality. Loved the vibe of the hotel. Rooftop restaurant and pool area is amazing. Roomservice and rooftop bar

The property is huge and very well maintained. It has good breakfast buffet options and huge pools. It is walking distance to patong beach and bangla road. Staff is very helpful splay john and also provided complimentary room decor and cake for birthday

Checked in at 1pm hotel said to leave luggage and check in at 3pm. Reached the room after 3hrs to find there was someone in allotted room. Room changed after another 30 minutes. This room had no working telephone and ac was not working properly. Room changed again to upgraded room. Same was good.

The property is good and big. Location is also very close to patong beach. The mattress are very bad and old. Just not comfortable at all. Also there is not a single option for indian vegetarian food. This is a big no for the people are from india and vegetarian. Staff is very friendly!
