Very poor stay

The property is still under construction. No air condition, no water. We didn’t stay for 2 nights. Our beds were coveted with insects and bugs. Though the staffs were good but the information shared

the rooms weren’t maintained and all around there were insects , which makes the whole experience bad I avoided breakfast , although the experience to come via cable car and safari is good but at night it can be scary if you are with family

It was the most memorable part of our srilanka tour . Amazing , compeletely amazing place ! The staff is so so good , like all of them are nice , especially Lalit . Will remember this jungle stay forever

Excellent Stay

A good stay, excellent staff and very cooperative. You need to go inside their car for 3 km down the hill and after that there is a ropeway for 5 minutes. The views were amazing and river was flowing just at the back of our suite.

resort is good infrastructure wise it’s a different experience however service is pathetic, they don’t understand english, food variety not there, morning breakfast package was a false commitment as they don’t have much menu…even egg they could not serve … washroom was pathetic , no cubbard in the room.

Lovely property with its kinks. The property is in the middle of the jungle and the views are lovely and the hospitality is quite nice. However, it comes with its set of challenges like power cut, mosquitoes. Not suitable during the rainy season. The entry to the property is very uncomfortable through the truck. But the gondola ride is quite pleasant. It’s a lovely property during the day. Not very nice during the night. It’s a true living in the jungle experience.

An incredible experience

It truly lives up to its name of a Jungle Resort. The approach is via a jungle road and not recommended for the elderly. The final approach is via an amazing cable car. once in the resort, the experience is heavenly. Vast green spaces, natural waterfall, stream and innumerable birds and butterflies. This is a once in a lifetime experience.
