Excellent service at the reception, location right next to the museums and lots of canal restaurants. Room was somewhat small for 3 persons and in the basement.

The rooms are very small and not as advertised. No air conditioning in rooms. Only sound of blower sometimes. Only air conditioning is at breakfast room/the bar. No rooms are sound proof. I stayed in room no one and had asked the staff to change it because it was right above the front of hotel and every sound was disturbing. They were humble enough to change it to 3rd floor. I could open the window and at-least breathe. The breakfast was bare minimum. No toaster to toast your bread. Only hot cooked food were eggs. Not-scrambled but cooked! the location though is great and staff will do everything to and 270-200 euros a night is a bit too much. Make you comfortable but it’s only a budget hotel

Hotel is at very good location. Walking distance to casino and restaurant. Nice luxury shopping on the street where hotel situated. Rooms are clean and staff very good

Two minutes from Rijksmuseum. The hotel is also 2 km from Dam Square and Central Station. Nothing else to say about it the property itself is pretty average and rooms are very cramped for space. Staff is professional, no personal touch in service.

Except the location of the hotel, nothing is too praiseworthy about the hotel. The breakfast for vegetarians is limited to bread and butter or milk and cornflakes. The rooms are pretty small and if you are travelling with a child please inform the hotel beforehand, else you will be given a room the size of a washroom.

The only best thing about the hotel is it's location. The rooms are very compact, there is no room service available, also no bell boy service so you need to take our luggage on our own. Only if you want a good location go for it. Otherwise nothing exceptional about this hotel.

Nice location and modern hotel

This Hotel is nice modern and is right next to Rijks Museum. Many major attractions are just a few metres away. Hop on hop off bus and boat is right opposite to the hotel. Though I found the room and bed small, it is OK for single traveller! Trams are also closer by.
