The hotel was very clean and i had a great room with a very good view. The room size was generous (by hk standards. Hygiene and cleanliness was top notch. There is a starbucks in the basement and grocery stores and mall within a 2 minute walk. The only challenge was finding vegetarian food in the area.

pros : location was very good, public transport at just 2 minutes walk, direct public transport to airport ( bus + light rail) convenient, surrounded by lot of malls. daily cleaning, best view of the hotel, friendly staff, cons: no vegetarian meal, including hotel and entire location, no vegan restaurant's in nearby area.

The hotel is located very near to the taxi , MRT and bus stop. For shopping lovers, a decent mall is just 100 meters away. They have a shuttle service to and from Hongkong airport. It really helps to reach to hotel hassle free on arrival.

I have stayed here earlier too and love this hotel. Acress the road there is let local transport. Clean and very peaceful surrounding. I recommend this hotel it takes 25 mins to each heart of city by train. Take e34 bus from airport and the terminus is next to hotel cost is around 14 hkd easy and cheap way to reach hotel. It is last stop

The hotel was clean and staff are very cooperative and the hotel is just in front of light rail so the metro connectivity is much better and the hotel also provide WiFi so there will not be any issue for net connectivity. All the sight seeing like Victoria Peak, Disney Land, Ocean Park are 1 hr away from the hotel and they are well connected through metro and Buffet of the hotel was also very nice. In just min walk from the hotel you there is a mall where you can do shopping.

Had an awesome stay. You get exactly same rooms as shown in pic. Neat and clean awesome services. Small kitchenette, fridge, oven provided. Locker & cupboard provided. Good neatly maintained rooms. Very attentive to veal request.

Excellent hotel. Location very great very peaceful area with less traffic and no noice at all. Precious room it is very difficult to find a room in hongkong like this because hongkong rooms are very small in size. But room Like this is great. Buffett breakfast is very great value for money.

The place is far away but good which you love to see new town shaping. Plaza near by, not expensive. Landscape around hire is good. The services are OK not that great, rooms are clean. Good buffet is good

It is quite far from city and airport, book this hotel only if your next stop is china, it is very close to lo wu border. Immigration took 10 minutes. Good hotel though, clean and well maintained. 7-11 is nearby, just a few steps to ginza light rail station, next you can take light rail to tin shui wai and from there you get options to board metro to anywhere in Hong Kong.

Language problem was the negative point, otherwise damn good place, good transport facility. Great looking hotel, nicestaff. Food is a big problem if you are a vegetarian. It is far away from the main attractions still I found it good as transport facilities are very good.

It is located in the New Territories. If you want to reach there from Airport by taxi. If you want WiFi, you do not check in into Terminal-2. Paid WiFi, you should go to Terminal 1 only. The biggest draw back is there is no room service. Room is big, equipped with oven, fridge, induction stove, locker, TV etc.

Pathetic food and they would have charged us for oxygen and air if given an option! Location was far from all the attraction whereas the agent mentioned it is near all the attractions. Taxi cost was too high from the ferry station, hotel staff was rude and snobby.
