Horrible Hotel Experience

It was a horrible experience. Booked the stay for 5 nights. The room AC was nt working, requested them again & again to change the room. They mentioned it’s unavailability for 4 nights continuously & then finally changed it on d 5th night. There was no room service available. The restaurant would open for breakfast only. They gave 1 FREE water bottle for 5 nights stay while changing 300 Euros for each night. Upon asking if they are charging for every night then least a bottle of water shall be provided, to which they responded to make 5 separate bookings in order to get a bottle of water everyday. If you ask for an ice bucket to be sent in the room, they would ask for a delivery charge of 8+ Euros for Ty r ice bucket to be sent to the room. Overall a pathetic experience.
