Worst experience i had with c central hotel and with mmt, when i reached to the property they denied to give the hotel and asked us to go to there another hotel, which is 100% not right, i called to makemytrip but they did nothing on this which he really very bad

The property did not give us checkin and we had to spend the night in a different hotel. We arrived at 2am and the hotel first said the keys are with the manager and he will come in the morning then we said we will wait and they said oh the ac is not working why don't you check in to another hotel.

After we got there we were not given rooms and we had booked four rooms when we got there we were told that you are given only three rooms if you want this room otherwise you can't stay. And no customer care of make my trip did not support me i called customer care twice i want my money back one room

The rooms are very very small even the size of the room which is mentioned that's not correct. The staff doesn't speak english properly. Only and the only plus point is location. It is much better to go with some hotels and the difference in price is only 200 to 400 and you can see the actual difference. Make sure you search enough before booking.
