It took me 2. 5 hours in check in process, i got the room in evening. Check out took 45 mins, check out time was 11 am, so you come down 1 hour early or you r charged. Communication systems 0, guest services cannot connect or revert for any thing, you hv to come down, stand in q to communicate with front desk. Never recommend any customer stay in this property. In 2 day stay, we lost 1 day in check on check out process. Immigration in us & uk airport takes lesser time than check in registration in this property. No tea kettle in room not a single bottle of water & guest fee for service was charged. For check in there is a long q for registration, than for collection of room key you hv to go to a different location & there you are again in a long q. Property is huge, no of executives are only in working at a time for check & check out. 1st property i saw where you hv to wait in long q for hours to check in & check out. We must get refund, we wasted our miami trip time & travel expense in waiting in long qs for check in & check out

There were multiple issues that we faced during our stay at fontainebleau miami beach hotel from 09/03 to 09/09 and this completely ruined our vacation. I was traveling for my 20th anniversary and expected this to be a really pleasant experience but it was a nightmare. I’m extremely disappointed on all the issues i faced and same are listed below: 1) water leakage from ceiling in the room. It flooded the room and ruined my clothes. I have never seen this happen any of the hotels that i have stayed worldwide. 2) we we’re on the 12th floor and more often than not the lift was not working. On several occasions my wife had to take the stairs to the room. 3) during initial checkin we were made to wait until 11:30 pm whereas the checkin time was 4pm. Although we reached the hotel at 9pm but we were still not given the room until 11:30 pm and we were made to wait in the line after an exhausting flight. My wife also had some medical issues and this was extremely taxing for her. 4) the key to the room stopped working the next day and your tresor block reception was unable to resolve. They sent us to the main reception where was another wait in the line for one hour. 5) myself and my wife were in the pool and wanted to have the drink. I provided the bartender with my room number but he wouldn’t serve me the drink without my credit card and ideas a guest at the hotel my room number should have sufficed. I’m my swimming trunks, i had to go all the way to my room to get credit card and id leaving my wife alone at the pool. 6)we asked for a nonsmoking room as both of us are severely allergic to the smoke smell and it causes breathing issues for us. The room smelled of smoke and there were many cigarette in the balcony. Just for reference originally my room was 21216 and after the water flooding it was changed to 20910. I stayed in the hotel from 09/03 to 09/09 and the reservation was in the name of manish jain. my wife and i have been feeling ill probably due to the smoke smell or the water that leaked from the ceiling (possibly sewerage)

Amazing Beach holiday

Beautiful location, amazing place located at South Beach Miami. Check-in was quick and efficient and staff explained about hotel. The rooms were clean and big bathroom. The view of bay was amazing. The swimming pools with spa pool was amazing. I recommend this place highly. Miami's best beach hotel with all facilities possible.
