A fair treat with great food to offer.

The ambience of the hotel is good. The services are just fare and can be better with a little effort. Housekeeping is up to the mark. The best part is the spread at breakfast. It has a lot of variety to choose from. Quite courteous team in the kitchen and serving with a smile. Preparations are simply delicious.

Hotel was good centrally located only problem was breakfast limited choice n same menu repeated every alternate days. N majority items common daily. Amenities had to be asked for then only were provided for example tooth brush n paste also was not in rooms had to be asked for..... over-all ok hotel for 2 to 3 nights stay.... Long stay not recommended. Only location was good so people stay there as metro is near by.

Stay at Double Tree by Hilton al jadaf

The hotel is located in Al Jadaf area which is near by a metro station in Al Jadaf. All major attractions like Burj Khalifa, museum of future and dolphinerium are in 10km radius. Veg food is also available in hotel in all breakfast and dinner which we have pre booked . Room sizes were a little bit small as compare to a 4 star property. Staff was good and helpful. Hotel also offers free bus shuttle to Dubai mall and near by beach.

Everything was excellent including staff. Excellent hospitality.Wonderful staff. Only the breakfast needs little variation.Though the Indian cuisine was changing each day, the other cuisines were the same every day.The taste indeed was perfect.

They are not proactive but reactive. 1. We reached 2 hours before and requested for water but couldn't get it even after 2 reminders. They kept on telling us that it is inside room. 2. When we reached room, lock was out of order. We waited for an hour to get another room when we reminded at receiption. 3. Dental kit, slippers was missing. They arranged when reminded.
