The hotel service is very bad we can not contact with the hotel with their given number, we tried to contact them through whatsapp number which was given in make my trip application but if we want to text them or call them they are offline. Very bad customer service

I was disappointed with my stay. The loud music went on until 4 AM, making it hard to sleep and unsuitable for families or business travelers. The carpets in the rooms were dirty, and there was only one elevator working, which meant long waits. There was also a bad smell in the lobby. On the positive side, the hotel is close to the metro station, but overall, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Disappointing stay i recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The most significant issue was the noise at night, which made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The carpets in the rooms were dirty, giving the impression that cleanliness was not a priority. Additionally, there was only one elevator functioning for the entire hotel, leading to long wait times, especially during peak hours. The lobby also had a persistent bad smell that was off-putting upon arrival. This hotel is not a suitable choice for families or business travelers looking for a comfortable and professional environment. The only redeeming feature was its convenient location near the metro, making it easy to access the city. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
