Horrible to say the least !! 3rd class hotel, extremely poor and old room amenities starting from AC (30 YR OLD), TO bathroom, to everything else beach is 15 Min walk (in such summer it kills you) , super far breakfast is bad lady at reception is extremely impolite nothing great to offer value for money is zero extremely poor quality place no way 4 star standard must not visit again ..

We had a 3 night’s stay at sawaddi patong. The property is perfectly located on a walking distance from the patong beach. Rooms are good. Service is good. Breakfast spread was nice. The pool area is the best part of the property. Overall it was a good experience.

Poor cleanliness stay not worth the money spent

Check-in was smooth, the room wasn’t as described as shown in the pictures. In terms of cleanliness of the room, i would rate them poor, the bed linen had a few strands of hair. Some of the lights of the room weren’t working, and the air conditioner wasn’t effective as it hadn’t been serviced. On the first day, there was no hot water, after sometime it started coming automatically, the drainage in the bathroom stopped working and the water was overflowing. The towels are pretty old and don’t really seem clean. The toiletries isn’t of good quality either. Coming to the breakfast, the breakfast isn’t great either, not many options, if you want to get something made in egg, be prepared to stand in a long queue. Breakfast closes at 10:30, and after 9:45am the staff stops to refill the breakfast items and you just need to grab whatever is leftover. Overall, the property is not worth the money spent and i would strongly suggest to go for a different property than this. I’m really particular about the cleanliness of the room, hence, for me to see those few strands of hair on the bed linen was a complete bummer.
