The property is absolutely great. The view of the sea from the room and the overall property is simply superb. I would recommend the sea view rooms ( totally money's worth. The only issue was the restaurant closes early and the there is limited food options post 9 pm

The water quality in the taps was dirty on the day of our checkout, there was no water in the tap around 1. 40am on the same day. Even though it came in the morning it was dirty. Our room had water logging issues in bathroom, the hotel staffs tried to offer us other room but all of them were inferior to the one we booked and hence we didn't change our room. The connectivity to hotel is pretty bad, because even when we went out, we wouldn't get any taxi, bike or songthaew to come to our hotel. When we arrived at pattaya bus station, it was difficult to find a taxi to come to this hotel, we were standing in scorching sun at 40 degree celsius!i called the hotel to arrange for a car to come pick us up. They said they don't offer such services and advised us to find a taxi. If we found a taxi, we wouldn't have called the hotel, would we? room was nice, hotel is big, housekeeping was fast. Funny thing is we booked a car to don mueang international airport from the hotel, yet on our arrival day they couldn't send a car to pick us up from bus station even after i called.
