A sultan style stay

The hotel is located at a perfect spot. There are lot of restaurants around. It's very near to the sultan mosque. The only drawback of the hotel is that, the washrooms are not indian friendly (there is no jet spray) overall the service was excellent.

The hospitality was great. But the room did not have plug points to charge our phones/ any electronic devices. The washroom which has a plugin for the shaver, did not have one for the hair dryer. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable

Stay, room and breakfast in fact all facilities in hotel are not of level to call it. I asked question to lady at reception as per them their ratings are self proclaimed, I wonder how? I had three awful night and horrible mornings. Rooms are so small. If you getting ready in washroom because that's The only place where they have mirror and someone open The door you will get banged by door every time. At breakfast they have only 3 option in menu you got to pick one among them everyday. Two fruits watermelon and sweet lime everyday and one juice. Spread is next to nothing. First night we. Spotted a lizard in washroom and small insect in tea cattle. Next day we requested change of room, thankfully which they did but third night they forgot to even clean the room. When I asked for it around 9 pm I was told room cleaning person is available till 2 pm only. Thus just manage. I had to request for water bottle as they even missed topping up that too. If you ask for something during night it's The front desk manager who comes all The way to deliver. By any stretch of imagination.

Location is good. Rooms are pathetic and very small. No ventilation in rooms.
Matchbox sized rooms, felt claustrophobic. No ventilation in rooms. Not even a window, due to which the room had a stuffy smell. Even the bathrooms were smelly.
