    Everything is good accept a staff member he is a black and tall guy who does know how to treat indians vs other foreigners, it’s better they either change him and get a new one for his position for the resort to have beret growth we are not recommending this to anyone or us this hotel just because of that one kiddo

    We don’t like only a single staff behaviour it was disturbing to see how he treats indians vs how he treats other foreigners, he came to pickup our bags from room 621 at last minute before we checked out from resort, let me be clear-with the management change that guy and get someone who is very easy going otherwise we won’t recommend this resort to anyone thank you

    Rude staff and worse stay( canareef resort is way better)

    We had a terrible experience staying here. Rooms are not cozy and are very basic. We stayed at canareef resort before this and recommend canareef resort. Food is not good and is repeated everyday. Most of the food options are meh! we wanted to cut our stay short from 4 n to 1 n, it was that bad. But we were stuck with south palms as they were not willing to refund our money. They also charged us 70 dollars for shared boat transfer when canareef charged us just 80 dollars rounds trip for private boat. There are no corals at south palm so you don’t really see anything while snorkeling just few fishes. Canareef resort has corals in their beach park abd we spotted a lot of sea life there. I won’t return and do not recommend this resort to anyone.

    The mind-blowing experience

    Property has a mind-blowing scenic view. Water villa is extremely fantastic. Highly recommended. Superb choice of food. Being a pure vegetarian i i still had plenty of choices. Hygiene and safety standards are maintained at the maximum. Happy new year!

    The location was really nice and the villas were located such that u get ample privacy. The food was average, but the service and quality were excellent. The staff were very friendly and responsive. They made the stay very comfortable
