It was the best experience i could've had in ninh binh. Honestly it's a steal for the price it's getting offered. Plus you have a pretty good shoe store at the ground floor so the market starts right from your hotel.

I chose this hotel as it was close to the train station and I had to catch trains. It was a very nice family operated hotel and people are really nice. They rent scooters at cheap prices. The breakfast was little dull though. The rooms are clean and well maintained.
