Good service but location is not that great.

We chose this location because we wanted to stay in old quarters, overall hotel is good but when we checked in to our room we found AC water was dripping on bed so we’re moved to another room for 1 day and sent back to same room after AC was fixed. There is no breakfast available in hotel and nearby when you get down. For good food options you need to walk 5 to 10 min. Staff was very good and polite , special thanks to Alex who guided us and gave us good tour packages and helped us with local eating options.

It is a budget hotel but the staff were extremely helpful and happy to help. Loved how they tried to cater to our every need. The receptionist Nick specially was very polite and helped us with local information and planning the tour. He gave us a map of Hanoi and explained in detail which was very helpful. Overall , I'm very satisfied with the stay and would consider again for my future stay.

It was good but lacked the amenities. Id we compare with dang hotel with this, this is far behind as didn't have restaurant, no other amenities. Rooms were good and had basic facilities

Easy access to town center, museum, lake. Etc. Any time taxi available & hotel staff are also helpful. If any body is looking for a peaceful, safe, clean stay within the city this hotel is best. If i visit hanoi again i will prefer this hotel to stay.
