    clean comfortable rooms though very small loved the in room coffee machine and comp fruits at reception highly priced breakfast buffet-for the value offered did not use food facilities-plenty of good cafe within walking distance no luggage rack provided in room no loofah or dental kit either would have liked more storage space-racks or cupboard and more hangers location is great with 2 underground stations and 3 lines within walking distance about 6 minutes aircondioning makes a noise and room is not quiet left luggage facility is a welome feature--and at no price

    The stay was pretty good and the staff is very cooperative. The location is excellent, tube and bus stops are very nearby. Room service was also quick. Overall had a pleasant stay.😊

    Extremely tiny room, and they gave me underground room. Room wasn’t clean. Google map location is not accurate if you are walking to proper from Paddington Hotel.

    Hotel is good, location is also good. Pretty much closer to every attraction or destination. One thing which seems off for me is that they don’t provide a dental kit neither they provide you water bottles. Nowadays every small hotel provides this basic things.

    The hotel does not match the photos provided at all. The carpets are burnt, there is a smoky smell inside the hotel at all times. The desks are brunt. No ac's. Not good

    1. The room was clean but it had a kind of smell. 2. Reception and housekeeping do not answer the call, even when staff was there. 3. They didn't allowed to fill up water bottle from restaurant or bar tap and asked to buy or drink from bathroom tap. 4. The only positive point - they gave early check in without any pure request.
