Review Of Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay

I stayed here for 1 night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very beautiful, well-maintained, and offers stunning views. The staff was polite and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a premium feel. Truly a great stay — would love to come back again!

There were red ants in the room and from room to reception if you call for a help to reach it takes minimum 30 minutes for the cat to come

It was all good with property location food but i just felt one thing about transfers to ur room as u hav to book it earlier if u see a empty shuttle goin towards lobby dey ll not entertain u ll not allow u to sit and drop at lobby or to room strictly based on ur shuttle booking via app I feel it shud be little more easy for guest if u guys can ease ur system to transfering to room or to lobby wothout some wait time

It's a nice hotel if you want to stay away from the chaos of the tourist area. Of course, the downside being you can't just walk down to the market. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Patong, but you have to follow their schedule and plan at least an hour before. The property is huge and on a hill, so you may need their in-hotel transport to go to the restaurant for breakfast. Room was clean and well maintained. Service was great and the staff was polite and helpful. They were always ready to help out and were also well organised.

Property was clean and hygienic. we took a pool suit and it was worth the price. Property is 5 kms away from patong beach.

Not very new or well maintained property. It is a bit old, pools are not very clean. Commuting is difficult

They did a warm welcome and provided with the early check in option without any extra cost. And also we requested the reservation management to provide the surprise birthday decorations for my better half. Without doubt, they made a day very special and rooms are neat and vibrant. Stay is fantastic

the food availability wasn't inclusive especially for multi-race people, for example no vegan or vegetarian food was available, neither in buffet nor a la carte. the experience especially on food availability was abysmal and disappointing. The five star experience that Whyndam boasts about, it was no where return around it.

Great location, nice service and amenities were good. Patong and kamala beach were close and can be accessed by hotels shuttle service. There was a sea view from every room which was a plus.

This was my 2nd time at wyndham and it nevers let's you down. Super experience and great stay

The hotel isn’t a five star hotel by any means. We stayed at the pool suite and it wasn’t a suite per se, but its only saving grace was that it’s spacious for a regular “room” and the pool was nice. However, everything else about the hotel including the staff, the food, the room amenities need a lot of work. There’s a long wait time for transfer within the hotel, you can’t go anywhere without it and it resulted in us being late for everything, miss-sing grab rides as well. The buffet breakfast is below average, almost everything lacks taste. The breakfast was so bad we didn’t even bother ordering in via room service at all. The check in was tedious and long and the girls at the reception constantly try to sell you the wyndham membership every time they see you. During the entire check in procedure, our luggage was left outside the building without any security. This is not a five star property, it’s a two star at best. Wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone. Really disappointing in every way.

The stay was excellent. I cannot fault a single thing and they made our honeymoon plus my birthday special. The sweet little gestures by sending muffins and pastries and a cute little drawing in the mirror were the cherry on the cake. The app to communicate everything and u mean everything is very helpful. While we did face some delay in service on the 25th Of December, I would say it’s pretty much expected on a busy holiday.

This a great resort with amazing ambiance and friendly people

I stayed in hotel room b235 with a good balcony overlooking the andaman sea and patong beach. I would give full rating for the view from balcony. The view from the pool and latitude bar is even more magnificent. The hotel has the best view in asia. The service was top notch and breakfast has and huge spread of continental and asian dishes. I asked for a room in the top floor but they gave in the floor below which was ok. Initially they allotted room in a block however they changed my room to b block when i requested for a better balcony view. The people were so nice. The hotel had people from all parts of the world and probably its a favorite hotel of the arabs. We attended a seminar by the wyndham group and they showed us their best room which was extraordinary. They provided us a free trip to jamesbond islands for attending the seminar. The shuttle bus timings to patong is only till 8pm. The pool was always empty when we stayed. The resort is truly a 5 star property and i would recommend staying there just for the the view.

The property is at a peaceful location, quite huge in itself with every amenity included. You wouldn’t want to step outside.
