Review Of Paradox Resort Phuket

They just charging me for bottles that were not labelled as "chargeable". There were other bottles in the room marked as "chargeable" which I did not use, which they now deny. These bottles were even hidden far back and the bottles they charged me for were right in front. I have tried everything but they won't accept it.

Location was good and property was very large, cab service inside the resort was of no use and were not coming to our room or drop to our room. No Indian breakfast was available. Staff was rude mainly at reception check in area. They didn't provide us breakfast on the day of check out as we had early check out, we requested for packed breakfast even they promised to give us but at morning nothing was provided. Paradox lovely resort Great location The pool is amazing have a slide which make it’s more beautiful I traveled with family and infant and it’s the most comfortable place with great location Great restaurants , 7elleven in close proximity , the hotel is huge with many photoGraphyy spots and perfect for luxury stay

Property is really amazing, food is very good , very nice buffet breakfast. they make fresh veg options if u request them. very friendly and helpful staff . Really loved our stay . We stayed at the penthouse villa which was really amazing. No mosquito for us .. location is also amazing as Karon has the best beach .

Absolutely loved my stay at Paradox Phuket! The room was gorgeous, the staff were super warm and helpful, and the whole place had such a relaxing vibe. Perfect location—close to the beach but still peaceful. Can’t wait to come back

The property is not Movenpick and no private beach. Its at best place in Karon however but the beach side is residence and other side near Wat Karon is main entrance you have to walk the whole property. But great beach and surrounding of the location.

This was our first family trip after a long time and it turned out to be great. Thanks to the amazing hospitality at paradox resort. We stayed at the garden villa's & it was awesome. Karan beach right in front of the property is very nice and quiet.

If you can survive without Indian food it’s a paradise and if you are fond of Indian food then think twice before booking, it’s located on a peaceful beach no Hush Bush , I loved everything about it . But zero Indians stay there .

The hotel is actually pretty good. Although the photos are misleading. The breakfast is good the pool and the swim up bar are fun. It’s a really huge hotel so getting around is tiring after the first day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at paradox resort during my vacation in karan beach, phuket, and i must say, it exceeded all my expectations. This hidden gem deserves nothing less than a perfect 5-star rating. From the moment i stepped foot onto the premises until the moment i reluctantly checked out, i was enveloped in a world of luxury, serenity, and unmatched hospitality. First and foremost, the resort's location is simply breathtaking. Nestled along the stunning karan beach, the panoramic views of the turquoise andaman sea were absolutely mesmerizing. The golden sand, swaying palm trees, and crystal-clear waters created a picture-perfect postcard scene that i will forever cherish. It was a dream come true to wake up to such beauty each morning. The accommodations at paradox resort were nothing short of extraordinary. My room, a tastefully decorated haven, was meticulously maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully attended to. The plush bed and premium linens provided the utmost comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The private balcony overlooking the ocean was my personal sanctuary. The staff at paradox resort truly made my stay unforgettable. Every member of the team exuded warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the heartfelt goodbyes at departure, their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond were commendable. They were always available to assist with any request, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless and delightful. The resort's facilities and amenities were top-notch. The pool was surrounded by lush tropical gardens, provided an oasis of relaxation. I spent many hours smwhile sipping on refreshing cocktails from the poolside bar. Lastly i have one advice for the management. The resort is quite big. The beach and the entrance of the resort are quite far from the room stays. I think the resort should have golf carts running around to take guests from one place to another in the resort. In conclusion, paradox resort is an absolute gem in karan beach, phuket. The combination of breathtaking location, luxurious accommodations, exceptional service and outstanding facilities creates an unparalleled experience. If you seek a haven of tranquility and indulgence, look no further. Paradox resort is a true paradise found, and i cannot recommend it highly enough.

There was not much options in restaurant menu. Breakfast was almost the same every day. They can make Resort more attractive

Best location, right on the beach, kids have so many activities and games, in room dining yummy, swimming pool excellent, elaborate buffet breakfast, cute cafes outside the hotel, public transport easily available just outside the hotel. Highly recommended.

This hotel has to be one of the best for families with kids! He staff was super friendly and courteous! Always helpful and prompt! Breakfast was a good spread. Swimming pool was great with pool bar! You could even order food from Pacifica at the pool side. Rooms were amazing, VFM! The hotel has two entrances. One main entrance and the other comes out straight to the beach! Beach has massage huts but not so great massages. The shops along the road does offer better massages. Parasailing, jet sky, swimming at the beach are some of the activities you can indulge in.

It is a nice hotel with good service. Gave us a complimentary upgrade however the way to the room was very dark at night and secluded highlighted this and was changed. Breakfast is ok however there should be options for indian food as well
