Review Of Ibis Phuket Patong

The rooms are quite compact similar to all Ibis properties. Further , there are lot of self-services required eg. I had to take my order from the restaurant since it was not delivered by the staff. The property does not provide basic amenity like water if you reach early - it has to be purchased from their restaurant

Staff is very helpful, but room is very small and very less space for luggage.

IBIS Patong is comfortable stay. The rooms are modern, cosy and comfortable. The close proximity from Patong Beach makes the hotel preferred choice of stay. The breakfast spread was good! Cabs, taxis are also easily available from IBIS.

The staff at the check in counters were rude to us and very indifferent to us maybe because we were indians they didnt offer us the welcome drinks but did offer to other foreign nationals present there . On requesting water bottles they said that they wouldn’t provide water on the day of checkout , when we were willi to pay too they didnt accept our request. There were no staff for cleaning the rooms , no bellboys for the luggae there was construction going on the whole floor with so much noise and chaos . Also charged us on my cc and told that it would come automatically after a month when the reversal is usually on the day of checkout . In total the stay at this property was the worst i have ever had .

Location is quite easy to roam around, amenities are so good, especially sweeming pool side. Staff are also kind and helpful and also speaks English, which makes easy communication.

This hotel is close to patong beach and the main market. The rooms are clean. It is close to 7/11 store. There is vehicle rental shop also next to it.

Excellent stay and the check-in process was superb overall we loved the stay and I would surely recommend

no bell room staff to luggage drop in room .

The hotel staff was very very rude no proper room service and the staff at the receptions just ignores whatever the client has to say and does whatever they want not a good expirience at all

I booked for two female travellers trusting Accor group, IBIS brand but was disappointed to the core. There were multiple issues: . The cooling system in rooms has some serious issues. If you switch off the AC whenever step out of the room, the room gets damped. Water literally flows through wall on the floor. Serious safety concerns especially with electronics, plugs. They didn’t change the room despite informing. Even previously customers have posted the same issue on MMT and Google reviews. Staff almost shouted while having breakfast. Breakfast spread is not upto the Accor brand standards. Only good thing is the location and legends sports bar which is right infront of it.

our stay experience wasn’t too good. i won’t t recommend this property to someone who is travelling with an infant or small child.First of all there is no porter service available. one gas to take his luggage to the room by himself(2 trolleys are kept in the lobby but only for self use). They have a very limited staff working at the front desk ,so no staff is available for any services required apart from housekeeping for room cleaning that too once in a day. We wanted empty plates and cutlerys for which we were told to collect by ourself from the restaurant. So travelling with a baby where you get to have so many basic requirements makes the stay here very difficult. Room size is just okay for the budget. Would recommend one to stay on 2nd floor as they have large balconies as compared to the others, however the room size is still the same.

I continued to stay in this same property for next 2 days. (Booked through MakeMyTrip only.) I must mention that their reception and security staff were very much prompt and cooperative in a small issue which was created by another guest in neighbouring room

The hotel lobby is good. Staff is cooperative. I had booked 2 rooms. Check-in time was 2pm. They gave me one room at 2 pm and told to manage untill they prepare another room. Another room was given at around 3pm. This wait of 1 hour was felt longer as we were travelling for last 22 hours. However to compensate for this they allowed us to check out one hour late. I had breakfast on the property. It was good sufficing the needs of both vegetarian and non vegetarian guests. I didn't have lunch or dinner there. So nothing to comment. Room sizes are just enough. But the bathrooms are very very very small. Location is very much convenient. It's perfect for a tourist. Patong Beach, Indian Restaurants, Thai , Korean, Irish, Turkish restaurants, Bangla Night Market all are at walkable distance.

Vegetarian food is worst 🤤 No tax invoice provided after checkout due to booked by make my trip. Inspite of 100% amount paid at the time of booking. they have locked deposit amount for two weeks period.

Location of the hotel in prime area but room size is too small.Bathroom also too small.walking street near only.Indian food available with in half km

stay was good it's very near to Market and beaches.good food for non vegetarian no much option for veg.services was too bad specially they don't have any back up electricity unfortunately we spent almost 3hrs with out AC.
