It's a nicely situated hotel at a distance of 1 km from Dragon Night Market and 2.5 km from Patong Beach. Overall, the hotel is nice and the stay is peaceful. The rooms are a bit smaller but it's a good experience overall.

I stayed for 3 nights . Hotel staff lack basic English. There is a language barrier Hotel kept a cost list of items provided in the room which I Am seeing for the first time. They take 1000 bath room guarantee as deposit which is later refundable during checkout. This is their trick. They keep broken things in your room in such a way so you don't understand and when you use them it will break and then you have to pay. Shuttle service timing is bad. When you need it you will not get it. Though they give you free 500 ml water bottles on a daily basis, however if you finish it and ask for another two which is as per quota for next day, they will give you only when their housekeeping timings start else you have to pay. This is weird. You are not asking for anything extra. You are only asking for bottles as per your daily quota, however they will give you only as per their timings. Hotel location is far from the Beach and is not walk able at all. Breakfast is average and is same throughout all days. No change in breakfast menu. Only swimming pool is good. Staff behavior is very bad. Not at all helpful. I personally don't recommend this hotel at all. There are too many good hotels near Patong Beach and you can enjoy Patong night life as well.
Not happy with the hotel rooms, staff and service.

This is around 2 KM to Patong beach. The hotel is very nice. This is really a resort kind of hotel. Lot of space, big pool. If you are vising this family and kids, this will be very nice place to stay. The breakfast is not that great, few varieties. Rooms are clean, we stayed in deluxe, so we got a villa, and space around villa to sit and relax.

Had a great time in resort. Location was good, staffs were cordial. Great swimming pool. A must stay if you visit Phuket, Thailand.

Very good hotel, stayed for 2 nights. Big rooms, decent bathroom. I got a complimentary upgrade to deluxe rooms. Had a pool which is good. Breakfast was average with limited options for vegetarian bread butter jam, fruits 3 types, fruit juice was very bad. Hotel staff were very friendly. The only issue was with WiFi. We only got good WiFi at the restaurant but not in room. Had free transfer to pa tong beach both ways.
