It was an amazing experience.. clean and hygiene maintained.. amazing rooms.. breakfast was great and a lot of options.. overall a good experience

The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms could be better maintained, not bad but could have been better. The breakfast was below average.

Located on a quieter, scenic part of Ton Sai Beach, away from the loud nightlife, yet close enough for easy access. Large swimming pool with beautiful beach views. Helpful staff who can assist with luggage transfer from the pier

I m disappointed with this hotel in phi phi Andaman beach resort when I had paid for 3 but I had got a small room where we had to stay uncomfortable in that room my 29k was lost for this room I m total un happy

Very good property just infront of the sea. Very beautiful view. Very spacious rooms and good ammenities and swimming pool.

Property was good, location was also prime, near to the beach. However, there was no phone to reach out to reception or for house keeping services in the room. And the morning shift receptionist was mean and rude, we had to talk about the luggage to be delivered at peer and she seemed so angry. We could not reach out to the property during our phi phi islands trip which made us cut short our trip.

Terrible breakfast and staff. No telephone ain the room. Basic medicines are not available. Worst towels. Water in shower is like drops. Reception staff are just busy in their own work and not attending customer. I had to get admitted in hospital with food poisoning after having breakfast here. The lady wo prepares egg gives a stare at me as if I was asking her property. Management if you are seeing this act immediately. Not worth the money. Only positive is beach

Our stay was fantastic! The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. The property features a spacious swimming pool where you can relax with friends or family, with an amazing beachfront view right from the poolside. However, if you're heading to Phi Phi, be prepared to do a lot of walking—unless you simply plan to stay put at the resort.

Good place right next to the beach with in house pool and spacious rooms. I liked the b.fast. had a great time with friends

No telephone was there in the room despite the room was too expensive and amount of water was less.

We booked a deluxe double bed, but were given a cottage. (i’m not sure if double bed means a cottage. The rooms were clean, sheets clean. The rooms are on the quiet part of town. You need to walk to go to the happening side of the island. Baggage is handled by the resort from the pier (you will find someone from the resort. Keep in mind that there are no cabs on this island. You need to walk everywhere. You need someone to handle the luggage, or else there is no way you’ll make it if you have a suitcase.

Excellent location with almost a private beach and an awesome pool with stunning views. I liked the property a lot, two things which need improvement are the washroom needs to be revamped and the breakfast spread could be better.

In spite of booking the rooms well in advance, i was left abandoned in the middle of an island without occupancy. The hotel denied our check-in and told mm t never sent a confirmation. The person whom i spoke to was of no help except for providing the refund after a quarrel. When you guys cannot afford to arrange something which is booked and provide a decent customer service then why on earth would you want to even extort money from consumers. It was an experience that i wouldn't wish for anyone. I am really disappointed and will never ever book any stays from this terrible app.

Pros: staffs are courteous rooms are good service is prompt and great breakfast is good next to sea-beach calm and peaceful luggage pick-up/drop to pier cons: around 1km from the pier and the central market area

Unfriendly policies and staff, poor facilities.

Good resort. 5 minutes walk from the resort which makes it interesting. You walk away from the noisy part to a not so far quiet beach of the Island. Hotel provides attractions at interesting prices. Value for money.

Located seafront just 10 minutes walking distance from the Ao Tonsai Pier. Best located hotel in Phi Phi Island for Sea view. So many shops and restaurants are available nearby for daily needs.

Hotel is next to the Beach which is good but a couple of things did not meet the expectations. Hotel breakfast did not have lot of variety. The hotel does not provide lunch or dinner so that is something a guest will have to manage on it's own.
