Hotel is excellent and I took river facing room with balcony, safety peace and 7/11 is very near so overall comfartable stay thanks

Location: The hotel is approached through lanes which means it is not on the main road. It is situated on the banks of the main river of Bangkok, Chao Phraya River. But the nearest metro is 850 m ( Sirindhorn - Blue Line). It is located at a secluded location which makes it more charming as it is away from the hustling bustling of the city. So everything has to be approached via cabs. You can also use river ferry from Saphan Krung Thon (Sang Hee) which is a popular mode of transport. Local Activities: There are no walkable local activities nearby. Room: The premier room was huge and had a great view of the river. The cherry on the top is that you can see the early morning sunrise from the room. The room has all the basic facilities needed. Staff: All the staff were really helpful and respectful. Food: We only had the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel. The items in the buffet were all good and fresh. The food was being refilled when finished. The hotel has a sitting area for dinning next to the river. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is that the check-in time displayed at the reception is 3 pm and check out at 1 pm. So check with the hotel always before you book. Because of this misunderstanding we had to wait at the hotel lobby for 4 hours as the early check-in request was fulfilled at 1 pm whereas we reached the hotel at 9 am. Satisfaction: I am satisfied with the hotel and its environment and I would recommend this. The only thing to fix is the check-in time.

It's a beautiful luxurious hotel placed at bank of royal river giving a super river view. It's open restaurant in the evening gives a super experience. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. This is placed very close to pattaya beach and maintained well. Staffs are very cooperative and well behaved.

The rooms were nice and clean. However the breakfast and the food menu of the hotel can keep an indian traveller unfed. The location of the hotel is such that there are no good restaurants or shopping destinations in the vicinity.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room service was pathetic. Shower stand was broken, informed receptionist and room service but no body took interest to check or rectified. For room service - no one is picking up calls, even after asking at receptionist no one came to ask

The property’s location is very nice overlooking the chao phraya river. The amenities and service were good too. The room we stayed in was quite big and spacious. Although it would have been nice to have a bigger a pool and an in-house spa. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant, but the coffee at the cafe was not good.

Nice big hotel. Riverside facing rooms are very nice , very big rooms. Breakfast is good although there are very few choices for vegetarians. For away from the city ,every time you need a cab . River boats are not available in the late evening.Internet is bad .Front reception staff needs a injection of smiles.I will come again.

Very good and well mentaine hotel

Rooms are good and spacious, breakfast menu is limited but quality is good, clean hotel with good location to major BKK markets and malls.

I went on a family trip to Bangkok and stayed at Royal River Hotel. The staff was okay. Not courteous enough. Lot of discrimination for indian guests. Food and ambience was really great. But menu (breakfast) was The same for all four days. Don't relish The used items. Upon repeated calls. They do. Staff dont understand any other language other than their own. Communication was a big problem. Taxi drive is The worst. They will take you for a ride inspite of The map and distance you show them. The Hotel book The taxi. They are ever more worst. But overall a pleasant stay. Enjoyed thoroughly as a family of four. Thanks much
