The property is 5 - star property and we booked to experience it.. The give car drop service to Asiatique and boat service for drop and pick up to Taskin.. Along with the booking , sauna and luggage room access provided, so even after the check out, you can utilise those services.. The property is nearby river and break fast buffet is provided on river front restaurant, which was a great touch.. The break fast buffet has wide varieties of food including Indian too.. 4 dishes of Indian was available. Chinese, Thai, English, Japanese are other mentions..

Good Hotel with all the luxury amenities and services with spacious rooms and courteous staff. I would have rated it 5 star but one incident of finding bed bugs on one night set us off.

Ramada plaza is located at a very good location right by the riverside & very close to Asiatique Riverfront, which is ideal for Chao Phraya river cruise. Food & amenities are top notch & staff is extremely courteous & kind.

Location, facilities excellent. Staff also very courteous and helpful all the time. Rooms and property very well maintained. In breakfast, not much vegetarian option available. Thats the only drawback, otherwise stay, property and staff is amazing.

Nice and clean rooms. Located at riverfront, at walking distance from Asiatique riverfront. Complementary boat services to central pier. Good spread of buffet breakfast. Courteous staff. In all, enjoyed my stay with family at this hotel.

The chef was not courteous towards giving Indian food for my daughter at the time of checkout- I had to intervene with the manager who then helped eventually.

The location, service, food everything were amazing. Special thanks to Arif who helped us with early checkin. Breakfast spread is huge with lot of indian options, even welcome snacks were many. Icing on the cake is there are many spas near the hotel which helps you to relax after busy tour day. Love to stay again at the hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Ramada. The staff is so nice. We had pool/riverside view and we admired the river cruises and skyline. They also have a boat shuttle to the nearest central pier from where you can take further boats to Iconsiam. They have a one way shuttle tuktuk to Asiatique which is a nice place to go in the evening and for a Siam fantasy show. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and the food is delicious. They have a nice swimming pool too which we couldn't use since we were there only for one day. We will revisit them in our next Bangkok visit.

Peaceful and serene location, nice river view from room and the deck. Food quality quite good, Indian food taste quite authentic. Very nice pool. My room was also upgraded to suite free of cost. Grateful to Mr. Arif for the hospitality.

overall decent stay but I don't think the hotel lives up to 5-star expectations. service quality is more like a 4-star or lesser. pros: excellent breakfast spread. great view from the restaurant overlooking the river. it will be a pleasure having food here on a sunny morning. the boat to Sathorn Pier and BTS is very useful. Cons: the 24 hour room service menu was quite limited. while the food was good, I would have liked more thai selections and dessert options. the bathtub in our room wasnt holding water. we called housekeeping. they couldn't correct it and maintenance guys never came back in the 4 days that we stayed. the fitness center is quite neglected. jacuzzi doesn't work. there was no attendant when I went to the gym at 8 in the morning. Even the steam and sauna rooms werent ready for use. I had to call people from all around to get things started. we had a 20% discount on our food bill as part of the reservation from MMT. but they forgot putting it. and later rectified during checkout after a lot of pestering.
