Hotel is going under renovation but no inconvenience. Food is good and has indian varieties. Rooms are nice. Location is little off but I liked it.

Hotel is excellent, staff is very nice courteous and always willing to help. Have stayed there more then 30 times. Excellent well laid breakfast. But this time the wifi was very poor. Please look into it.

Good Long stay

I stayed here for 2 Long weeks. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and friendly. Other staffs are polite In the reception area. The Wi-fi here was not so fast as I expected. I never saw a couple of staff smiling, I guess they didn't like their job, I would pass them everyday and they always had a downward face. The hotel room is spacious and the price paid is worth it. This is a little old hotel. The corridors were a little smelly at times. This inn Residence is the same as Radisson suites. They run under the same building with the name of Radisson suites. It is a bit darker themed. Their free shuttle service is very handy and I used it a lot to get around soil and the BTS. Overall I had a great stay here. I removed few stars here because of the corridors, towels, staff, old.

Amazing stay

The hotel is amazing and the room was absolutely gorgeous. We spent a lot of time outside but whenever we came back our room was prepared like day 1. Loved the service as well. Always greeted with a smile. Will definitely recommend.
