Horrible! We checked out before time. Avoid!

Horrid experience! We had booked the suite which was located on the 3rd floor to which we had to climb as the hotel has no lift. There was a use condom behind the bathtub, dirty uncleaned walls, bathroom lock missing and a hole in place of the lock and a broken towel rod that fell right in front of us! The complaint made to Make My trip has gone ignored with no solution being arrived at. Neither have we got a refund in spite of booking for 3 nights and having checked out after the first night itself! We booked ourselves into Novotel the very next day and got out of here. Highly disappointing experience and very disappointed with make My Trip too!

Very nice room. Perfect hotel to stay. We really enjoyed our stay... Hotel was very clean and neat. Service was awesome just need a lift otherwise, everything is very good. Perfect hotel perfect stay. Loved it.
