Good experience and wonderful location

Very good location. Very close to Chapel’s Bridge, Church, Lake Lucerne, Lion’s Monument. The room was good too. Lift service available. Check time is a bit odd which is a problem in almost all hotels in Switzerland. Lake Lucerne was visible from the room. In clear weather you will see snowcapped mountains from the room. Overall a vey nice experience.

The place is in heart of Old town Lucerne and chapel bridge is just 8-10 mins of walk. Cross the street and there is lake. 10 mins to railway station. Location is excellent. However being on budget the hotel is lacking good breakfast specially for vegetarian though you get good coffee and bread and in summers if you open the window it can be bit noisy at night

Perfectly located at 5 mins walk from Lucerne train and ferry station, have a picturesque view of Lucerne river. Very friendly and helpful staff. Though very limited buffet breakfast options.

I liked everything about this hotel. Vintage looking. The ambience, room, cleanliness is very good and high. This hotel is just 2 minutes from the beautiful lake lucerne and is also very near to the train station (5-10minutes. The breakfast is awesome and the staff manning the dining is very helpful. The reception staff are very very cordial, smiling, welcoming and makes you comfortable. Full marks to them and also to the cleaning staff. If you happen to visit luzern i would highly recommend hotel luzernerhof and the will guide you to all interesting places including mount pilatus, mount rigi, mount titlus.

They have mentioned that they have ac in rooms, but they don’t have, when we asked to upgrade our to room to bigger with balcony, they said they don’t have such rooms, but they have rooms with balcony and it was really hot and very difficult to sleep or stay without ac in room
