We went for my Birthday celebration.,and upon check-in Hailey was there.,she saw that its my birthday and immediatly Upgraded our room and also sent a beautiful cake and card. Big thanks to Hailey. Also the rooms are very comfortable and the location in perfect ( exactly on the orchard road).

I stayed at pullman orchard road for 3 nights. I find hotel nice, staff was good. Although I personally think the room size not good enough. It feels very small. But the location is very convenient, hotel is just in the middle of orchard road.

Location is the best..bedding was not that great..breakfast spread was good but once any item gets over the staff doesn’t refill so it was frustrating..rooms are decent..mrt and other modes were closeby

We (me, my wife and my 4 year old daughter) stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Let’s start with my experience: 1) location: excellent 2) checkin: average 3) room: extremely small 4) attitude of the staff: they really need to work on it (seems more like they are doing a favour on us to let us stay with them). The staff on the breakfast venue were are full of attitude.
