The location of hotel was fantastic. Walkable from China town mrt and very much in the vicinity of clarquay. F&B was good in variety and taste at tge restaurant which was at the lobby. Overall cleanliness and hygiene was satisfactory. Staff was courteous and friendly

Hi, initially faruma city center hotel allotted basic room, we request change for another room for toilet facility lock inside. They agreed change the room for upgrade the room

- experience was bad….we had to carry our luggage to floor 1 with a trolly….with a toddler along it was tough - there was no water available in the room…in the name of being environmental friendly they had kept a water purifier outside in the lobby…we had to wait in queue to fill our bottles….water flow was so slow it was a complete time waste…it was utter nonsense - house keeping was available only between morning 7.30 am to night 8.30 or 9.30 pm…but if u need nething between those times there was no help - only 2 vegetarian options in breakfast (roti and daal)…who serves roti daal in breakfast ? - room cleaning done once in 3 days. that’s so unhygienic. we requested and atleast got it cleaned once in 2 days. - ac was leaking. thus, except a few staff on main desk who were helpful, didn’t find the stay worthwhile.

A. Limitations of the hotel : 1. There is almost no room service, it feels like a hostel, they will clean the room once after 3nights stay. 2. Had to purchase a water bottle to fill from the water dispenser on the floor as the bottle provided in the room did not have a proper lid and was of poor quality. 3. The hotel is old and it shows, but it has great connectivity with three malls-chinatown point, people's park complex, havelock 2 with three walking bridge 4. Room service delivery will be charged sgd 5 extra 5. The lifts malfunction a lot 6. Breakfast is extra chargeable 15 sgd per adult, children below 6years are free. 7. Luggage is self service, they have self service carts too b. Good things about the hotel : 1. Price reasonable 2. We stayed at 18th floor which had a great view overlooking the city. 3. Due to its central location, all the attractions are nearby, though we did not use mrt, there was one station nearby 4. Staffs are great, they are very helpful, we were given early check in at 12pm without any charge.

They get the housekeeping done on every 3rd day which is really funny. Drinking water needs to be filled by yourself from the dispenser. Overall an expensive hotel for the services given

The hotel is located very close to the chinatown mart station from which the entire city can be covered. The room has good amenities. The front desk, house keeping and concierge team are very helpful. The hotel staff speaks english.

We stayed here for like 6nights… loved the experience, staff and the accessibility of pool, mrt and main roads. Ralph and Revathi were like amazing over here.. only thing was abt food variety which was mostly Chinese which my kids preferred less to eat in breakfast .. pool was amazing, view from the hotel is amazing just loveddd it . I had asked for room change to higher floor and they were so kind enough to accommodate the request♥️😊 very easy access to mrt , bus stops, mall for shopping and cabs… overall amazing place with some excellent city view 😘😘♥️♥️ this was one of my best birthday experience 🥳

Hotel follows low waste generation policy, due to which housekeeping is done after 3 nights of stay, water refill machines on every floor, instead of plastic bottles in room. Self check in process !

The location is a major plus point. You can access all tourist attractions by bus or mrt from the hotel. The property is well kept. The breakfast spread was good but seemed repetitive for the entire duration of stay. Overall, a kid friendly, easily accessible, big sized room hotel with great views of singapore skyline.

The property is located in the heart of china town. Accessible to mart and is also just a 30 mins drive from the airport. Breakfast is mostly asian delicacies which i or my family didn't much enjoy as we don't eat meat so early, but the amenities were good. They have a water refill station in each floor, so you can fill up your bottle instead of spending money outside.

Location is fantastic but corridors and rooms are not well maintained and looks old, there were scratches on doors and were unpolished. Corridor carpet was dirty and old. Room cielings has damp spots and need paint job badly.
