During my stay with family. Kids enjoyed twin room stay and pool. Reception staff mr irfan & mr. Rameez and restaurant manager/supervisor along with house keeping and security man were excellent and very cooperative. I appreciate their services. All 10/10.

Restaurant timing in ramadan

The stay was nice, my only concern is the restaurant timing, as we are in ramadan normal people will eat if-tar and suhur, while the restaurant open only from 6: 00 pm to 1:00 am, while we need to do iftar at 5:50 pm ( the restaurant still closed ) i only need to wait till 6:00 pm then call and order and wait for half an hour to make the order then eat very late, then last time for eating suhur is 4:30 am, while the restaurant is closing at 1:00 am, so should i eat my suhur ( instead of breakfast) at 12:00 am in this case ! the 5 gave me a paper showing the timing, and he told me call the restaurant to ask what time you can have your breakfast as suhur so i thought this means they will be adjusting for their opening time for the fasting people, while i called them at around 2:45 am, they said we are already closed. The hotel is located in doha, local people fast during ramadan so the hotel should consider the local requirements in such case.

Excellent hotel. Very nice & quint place to stay. Away from the hustle & bustle of doha, yet close enough. The hotel is clean in all aspects, the staff is accommodating & professional. The food is perfect & the location is very suitable. Great place to stay, totally i enjoy stay in this hotel rooms and facilities are clean and tidy. The location is excellent and just a few minutes away from the airport and close to landmarks like sou g wagif, corniche, the hotel has a good ambience. It is very clean. The staff is nice. I would suggest this hotel more to business travelers. We had gone as a family group, so felt a little out of place compared to the business clientele. Requests were looked into promptly. Both the rooms had drain issues. Hotel staff should look into them prior to quest arrival. However was attended to when brought to notice. The check-in/ check-out processes were super fast with no hassles. Thumbs-up. 3-star rating was given to the 'facilities' option above for two reasons. 1. Good breakfast, but cannot say it is great as i've had better. 2. There was no ceiling lights in the room two stand lamps with translucent covering gave very limited lighting. I assume that will be a problem for business travelers who might have to do work. They might prefer well lit rooms. Check in was smooth. Rooms are fairly sized with high cealings, large windows and a spacious bathroom. I would note that our room was facing the main road with constant stream of traffic. Thus, i would recommend requesting a rear- facing room, if you are light sleeper. In the morning we had to use the concierge to send out an urgent parcel through qatar post. Javid, the concierge, was most helpful, taking on the chore on our behalf. Overall, we were very impressed with the service at this hotel.

Waste of money

I booked for family. Family didn't get visa snd could not anle to join me in qatar. It was very odd situation that, i have to stay at hotel, even though i was having house. Mmt guys and hotel people are waste people and didn't understand the situation and they wanted money. Finally, i vacated the hotel on 28th of dc and went to my home, even-though we had paid for full 10 days of stay. Both hotel and make my trip played a game for to eat away 50000 rupees. Very bad experience. Decided not go with mm t any time in future, i will book hotel with proper agents even though, i pay bit more.
