I had a really bad experience staying here 👎🏻

The workers are Brazilians here. I am an Indian girl. Before coming here, I read all the rules thoroughly but I don’t know why they treated me so badly. I had a 9 days booking and their system assigned me the middle bed. I am 175 cms tall, and their duvet is very short. It was very inconvenient for me. I requested them for another bed since I had a long stay but they refused. Cleanliness is very good at the hostel 👍🏻. They started gossiping about me in their language and I felt cornered. This is not how you welcome a guest. I followed all the rules and tried my best to not offend anyone. However, the girl named Annabelle came to me and told me that i am not following the hostel rules, and after taking a shower i left few hair in the washroom (I had thrown chunk of hair in the dustbin while bathing) and now i have to clean the washroom. In the kitchen, she said i left it dirty but i asked everyone for the cloth to clean it with. They told me to leave it like that because the stove was hot and so in the meantime I went to take a shower. I felt very disrespected. I also caught cold as soon as i got here. I washed all the utensils i used during my stay and tried to keep the place clean and i paid all the taxes & bills so i am very disappointed. Also, there’s nowhere written in the kitchen rules that keeping glass items in the fridge is not allowed. I put a cup and they made a huge issue.
