Poor service, horrible stay

They are not providing the room what is there even not the same facility what is mentioned. However 2nd day they allocated new room that also not upto the mark. Hotel claims they doesn't have much service both at this moment. Not a good experience rather i am describing as one of the worst experience. Not recommended.

Overall stay was good. Best part was excellent service by manager / floor incharge. Very helpful, very polite and very supportive. Room service staff, restaurant staff, pick up and drop service was also extraordinarily good. Rooms are spacious, airy, lots of light, and view from balcony is worth. Standard amenities, linnen, bathroom and other hygiene was ok. Breakfast menu needs to be more elaborate for vegetarians and yes tv was out of service most of the time. Food is good and hotel location and approach is quite convenient.

Rooms are too congested. Bed designs are such wooden planks and leg extensions of bed may hurt your body if one can not walk carefully. The hotel staff intentionally disconnected cable tv network under false pretext of repairing and after 5-6 connections restored. Brake-fast is good and location is viable.

I stayed here in september 2022 hotel was not crowded. Booked it at inr1550 and got upgradation in room which is quite good. Staff is very helpful and generous i opted for breakfast which was the setback for me which comes out that it's not buffet u can order ala carte overall experience was good in this price it's a very good place to stay

I have enjoyed the stay in this Hotel for 5 days. The GM, Mr. Prem is a very humble and nice person, he always wants to help guests and understands their problems. I am so thankful to Mr. Prem that he personally solved my problem and provided me a very clean and beautiful room. All staff members except Mr Samir are very nice especially, Ms. Indira. Only one complaint is against working in a restaurant, who is arrogant and does not know how to give respect to the guests. He thinks himself as the owner of this Hotel. It's my personal request to the owner of the Hotel that to please take stringent action against him. I will again come to this Hotel because of Mr. Prem.

The recently refurbished rooms are very good. Staff, as always are friendly and helpful. Food is excellent but I found the vegetarian choices limited. I am sure there used to be more choice. Prices also are good, for the room and for meals. It is easy to get to everywhere in Kathmandu so I like the location. Very good views of the mountains from the room and balcony. No lift but for me that isn't a problem. Power was good. Much better than the constant power cuts I have experienced in the past, but that was a city problem not due to the hotel. I have and would still recommend this hotel to friends

All the requirements were at a stones throw distance. Location is very nice.
Space within compound was sufficient so I could provide private vehicle as per requirement
