Terrible Stay

Terrible experience at check out due to confusion between make my trip and the hotel..I had made the advance payment on the app and at the time of checkout the hotel told me they hadn’t received the payment though i made the payment 45 days prior to my check inn ....the issue was not raised at the time of check inn and for four days I was staying there ...it was only brought up when u was checking out due to this issue I almost missed my flight and they put my card on hold for almost otherwise they were not letting me check out from the hotel ....worst experienced
