when I called from RUNION a lady in the front office said that there is no reservation in my name, 2nd call she said there is a MMT booking but no payment, 3rd time when I called she said yes there is a reservation - very bad experience. the wash rooms are not good, no tea/coffee bags no drinking water

I had a beautiful stay of two days in the Hotel, this Hotel is connected to all the restaurants and malls and even food courts. It has a beautiful view.

Hotel was worst. I stayed 3 days but I felt like one local guest house. Even they are not providing Complimentary water and not clean. Even area of hotel is very scary and not safe.

The hotel is very shabby, and no food also at the hotel after 9 PM. They will switch off the lights, even in the corridors. It's extremely dark. Not recommended.

It's a basic hotel to stay

Basic hotel with a rude manager. Location is superb. Breakfast is the same all the days. I stayed for 19 days and everyday the same breakfast. In-fact they repeat stuff like sausage, beans for 2 days. Don't have dinner there. It's horrible. The location of the hotel is superb.

The hotel is a comfortable hotel about 2 km from the center of town. The restaurant inside the hotel offers limited selections and hours and is very nice and reasonable. The race course is right across the hotel and you can watch horse races on certain days. Internet was fine. The staff was very helpful. Decent value for the money.
