Best service and stay in maldives

I stayed at 3 places in maldives, but the level of service and the cleanliness of this hotel and especially the attentiveness is the highest level! while dining a night earlier before my check out i got a torn note by mistake and i also didn't realise it. From the airport i called up the hotel, francis sent a new note (currency) in a speed boat which was coming, which really i thought was the best possible service they could deliver for a delight! however i felt that the food service was delayed a lot each time this is one area which can be looked at.

1. The room was too close to the adjoining building. 2. The balcony was too small, had to jump over the chairs to get into the balcony. 3. Water started dripping in the room from ac in the middle of the night. 4. Bathroom door kept making noise throughout the night and hence had to be kept open. 5. Ceiling fan made loud noise. 6. No one was present at the airport for pick-up. Had to call the hotel and then they sent someone for pick up. This was in spite of confirming with the hotel 2 days ago that they will pick us up.

The hospitality was great. The staff are so welcoming and kind. They gave us a wet towel and juice on arrival. They were so accommodating with any requests that we had. The rooms were gorgeous and the restaurant had amazing food. It’s definitely the best hotel on the island

The rooms are clean. Like super clean, there’s a huge bed and the prices are very reasonable. Although there were some flies near the breakfast area, it could’ve been much more tidier than that. However, the staff are amazing! and the views from the room are outstanding. All that for a backpacker’s price, this hotel is a steal deal!
