The food was good but the room equipment and service was very bad. The charging points were not working , the room was not having the basic things like towels, tooth brush etc. As mentioned earlier we had to call many times for room service

Amazing Langkawi stay at Westin!!

We stayed at Westin Langkawi for 4 days Amazing - Truly expansive; "massive" barely covers it. Hundreds of rooms including sea-facing villas are nestled within beautifully landscaped gardens dotted with water features. The sheer scale, including a huge convention center, three swimming pools, and several restaurants, is fantastic. Exploring the property could easily take a couple of hours – and that's no exaggeration. The well-maintained tree cover and manicured greenery create a genuine sense of being immersed in nature. The private beach boasts pristine white sand and inviting blue waters. Good - Enjoyable beachfront dining. There are a couple of restaurants right by the beach offering both drinks and food. The quality of the food was generally good, and the staff were polite and helpful. Ok - Property showing its age. Some elements of the property are beginning to look dated. Specifically, the elevators, bathroom fixtures, and air conditioning control panels appear old and could use updating. Not so good - Housekeeping is a let down. The cleanliness of our room was disappointing. We noticed dust on surfaces like the phone and table, and an old stain from a spilled drink marked one of the cupboards. The carpets in the lobby and reception areas didn't appear fresh. Requests for basic amenities like toiletries and towels required multiple calls and were often not fulfilled, which was frustrating. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider returning. The Langkawi island is captivating and certainly warrants another visit.

best for Jain food

Stay was pleasant and property was above expectations. We are thankful to chef Mr. Mahesh and Mr. Deepak. Both of them took care of our specific dietary requirements. We prefer Jain Food (without any root vegetables). Both the chef, knew about Jain food and went out of the way to help us with food. We were not sure , if we will get our taste, however chef made it exact to our taste buds. We are thankful to Chef, they made our stay very comfortable.

Check in and checkout was smooth and they have arranged a local taxi for airport drop off. Breakfast and dinner is good. Haven’t tried lunch. Staff was helpful and when my daughter was helpful in preparing a custom meal for her as she wasn’t well.

It was my first and last time booking from you. I had an emergency medical issue and asked you to change the dates but you refused even after i sent you a formal medical report. I couldn’t come after that. You should understand the costumers’ issues.

Excellent and well mannered staff rooms were good food also good. Especially breakfast menu lots of variety foods. Amazing experience suggestions please try to improve on lift. It closes very quickly. Quite an old model also rooms doors/cabinet etc doors are quite stuck. Difficult to close and some noise proofing to the rooms. Can hear other people talking in side by rooms
