Average hotel and only one small lift for 8 floors and is very difficult to get lift and you need to well ahead if you want to leave. Bathrooms and bedroom is cleanly maintained. Front desk support is not that good but manageable. Key didn’t work many times and I had to program it more than 6 times for a stay of 1 week.

Pathetic service, bad neighborhood and terrible room.
Extremely disappointed with this hotel. First of all the hotel felt seedy. Then immediately after we arrived, we were informed that the elevator did not work. And our room was on the fifth floor. So that meant dragging 4 big bags to the fifth floor. The hotel staff lacked any kind of empathy and pretended that they were doing the customer a favor by letting them stay. Not once they apologized for the elevator not working or offered any kind of compensation for the same. Terrible attitude. Secondly the room is tiny. The bed ate up 90 percent of the space and that means no room to even open up suitcases. Thirdly, the bathroom. If you take a bath, the water from the shower leaks into the room, creating a puddle. We had to use towels to soak up water so that it does now damage our stuff. The shower was elevated in the bathroom, and the water would leak on to the floor. Oh, also the bathroom door did not lock properly. After locking it, a mere push will open it and even when locked, there will be a creak to peep in amazing since I was traveling with my wife, the last part was not much of an issue, but I think a bathroom door should lock securely no matter what. The room won't have any kind of amenities like a hot water kettle, coffee packets, water or anything else for the matter. You just get a average bed to sleep in and that's it. They claim to be a three star hotel, but in reality it cannot be reviewed with a single star. I am extremely disappointed with my stay and also disappointed that makemytrip would host anything like this in their site. My money has been utterly wasted. I thought of getting an air no immediately, but since the stay was for a day only, we put up with it. Makemytrip does not have a local customer care number where the can be reached to make complaints. So you will have to eventually come back to your country before you can raise a concern. That is what I am doing. Do not book this hotel. Rest is up-to you.

Pathetic experience. The Hotel had worst service with no housekeeping and basic requirements. The hotel was clean but the reception staff was very rude and there was no response from reception. Hotel is least bothered for the guests ; they are just behind guests money. Being in a hospitality industry, they have zero hospitality.

Location and look was shady. But room decent neat and did well for me since I stayed only two nights. It was near to the Eiefel tower so worked out convenient for my route planning. Food no idea since I ate out.
