Worst air conditioning system. I was not able to sleep as it was quite hot as room temperature did not go below 28 degree. Advantage for business you are interested in purchasing hardware and electric spares. Wholesale cloth market is at walking distance. Near to East Nanjing Lu Metro station

Room was very nice. We relaxed and enjoyed. Hotel was very close to main attraction of Shanghai. It was a very nice and memorable trip. We would surely like to go back to Shanghai and stay in this hotel which is so close to all attraction s of the city. Jinmao tower is great. Also the double decker bus ride takes you to all places of interest in Shanghai.

Very Good Location! The hotel is within walking distance of the Bund and East Nanjing Road Subway Station. Suggest MakeMyTrip to include packages that include breakfast, I had to pay separately. Breakfast was good.

This was first time to stay in this hotel. I recommend for business traveller. Location is nearing to Nanjing Lu. You can exit 5 or 6 on Line no. 2 East Nanjing Lu Metro station. From there it is 5 minutes walk. They may be riverside, city side, bund side rooms. Choose according to your interest. Rooms were little bit small but OK. Property is also nice.

Overall a nice hotel but staff providing information was not upto the mark. Either they had lesser staff so they were unable to manage the desk properly or they need to improve their skills to manage travellers coming to their hotel and asking for any information.

Firstly when I entered hotel for check in I had an horrible experience. The attendant then asked me for deposit for using our TV. He was like what would we do if you break our TV and furniture, I was shocked. I said what are you talking, I have payed you all the money in advance and you are asking me deposit for your security? Later than the stay was good.
