Rooms were very small. And the room was stinking. However, the staff tried to correct the situation.

Hotel in a happening place

Great location, extremely friendly and supportive staff. But rooms are not so good. AC was not effective in the big room. So they gave an additional pedestal fan and I was comfortable. The bed had lot of bed bugs which was an irritant. They said they will look into it.

Located conveniently near the river side. Can explore places nearby. Great welcome drink which was a mix of mango and banana. Great room service.
No mini bar or snacks. TV was too small but room service was great and they were very helpful. Have to say loved the welcome drink.

Room is small but perfect for the price. Basic hot water and clean bathrooms. No frills perfect location and extremely friendly staff. A pickup from the airport would be best to avoid the tuk tuks over charging you.

Good experience & good food

It was really good experience hotel and staff were absolutely great. Services are good. Location was fine, near River site. Food almost good and atmosphere was OK. If talking about cleanliness it was good. Overall, good experience.
