Not sufficient amenities provided like toothbrush and toothpaste. When I called upon to give the phone charger adapter, they called me at reception to take away the same. Room service should be there for these must requirements. Moreover, nothing was there in mini bar in room except water. It must be complete if we are submitting minibar security also.

Pullman is siuated at the peak location. Rooms are cozy and clean. Check In was smooth. Staff is friendly. Bathroom does not have drainage, water felling from bath tub flew to the room. Basic utilities lile shaving kit, dental kit, slippers etc were not available in the room instead they provided upon asking. There is no bell boy, hence you need to take your luggage on your own. If you need dishes for your food, they dont provide room service instead you need to go to first floor to the restairant to collect it. Lasly, no invoice for city tax provided.

The hotel side entrance is practically on the corridors of the Brussels Midi ( south ) station . We found the staff to be extra caring and courteous, Abdel in the front desk was very , very kind and had the answers to all our doubts. The hotel had Florenta ( pardon me of the spelling is wrong ) had some chocolates, beer and a hand written note for our special occasion. We were touched by this gesture. The breakfast spread was very , very good. Thank you for allowing us early check in without any additional charges.

No cooler, no light bulb went off, they lied about the compensation for the breakfast the reception lady said her manager will waive off the breakfast because it was so hot and uncomfortable to sleep that my oxygen level went down and i had to drink a lot of water.

Hotel manager is a scammer. If they have rooms vacant they will still ask you 30 euros to give you the room early. They take a deposit of 100 euro and when it is time to return it they pretend as if they don’t know about it.
