The hotel holiday inn express, new york was situated at very decent place near to time square. Place was good and worth the money i spent. Though there are limited options for vegetarians, still breakfast was convenient and good. Personally advise to opt for the property. Enjoy!

Never stay in this hotel. Only one elivator always works out of two in 34 floor building. One is also sometimes stops in between. We have to use 3 to 4 times stairs. Breakfast space very less. People can not find place to sit during breakfast. We have to have standing breakfast due to no space. Veer very very bed hotel. Horrible experience.

I was there for a business trip. Staff was super courteous and excellent - no issues during checkin and check out - it was fast. There was no rationing on water bottles however you have to pick it up from the reception counter. Should improve the room condition (bathroom door was not closing) and breakfast menu was repetitive and boring.

1)22nd floor, lifts came after 30 odd minutes. Each day we had to walk down 22 floors going down for breakfast & check out with 4 large bags by stairs 2) no water given to us, allways told -finished 3)tea /coffee/sugar sachets never refilled. Went without bed tea 4) breakfast was awful. Paper plates /half cooked eggs /no coffee at times available/no bananas etc etc. 5) room was not cleaned at all times 6) rooms require refurbishment 7) staff was rude at all times. It was a worthless stay & a total waste of a huge amount of money. Terrible

Have never seen worst front desk staff in any hotel than this. Some ladies (don’t know their name) in day and night shift talk like they are the queen and guests are the servants, not knowing it’s other way round. pathetic, horrible front desk staff, must be fired by hotel immediately if they want to remain in business. Moreover, they charged $500 on my credit card without my permission, and till date no response/resolution on that from hotel.

Very unhelpful reception, have swiped my card twice n still don't know if i have been charged double or not, according to my bank it's been swiped twice. The house keeping staff was very incompetent and very careless. Only made the bed. No replenishment of soaps n beverages. Also didn't bother to vacuum. Over all not a very cordial stay. Location is very good, n that is the only advantage of this hotel.

Pathetic; one of the worst hotel i stayed in times square. No hair dryer in the room; broken cup boards, the bathroom door doesn’t lock; the coffee maker didn’t work, not adequate lighting in the room. I paid almost 850 dollars for two nights but it was not worth it at all. I repent my decision of cancel-ling the hampton inn reservation and paying for this hotel. Complete waste of money!
