Not at all a good experience. No proper maintenance of the room by housekeeping. Inspite of calling they don’t attend. Room keys were not at all opening, it used to be jammed again we have to go down to the reception for assistance. The guy in front desk is not co operative and rude. They are not well trained for the hospitality industry. No staff for any queries. The food and dining area was fine.
