Food is good but for room service has limited options for vegetarian. Room is good. Had little issue but washbasin clogging but resolved quickly. Good surroundings in the property, swimming pool etc. it is on the roadside so very easy to board & find way to resort. Only thing which can be improved is the staff don't understand english in detail. But enough for stay & basic requirements. The only thing which I didn't like was we were not given fresh towels next day.....very strange....rest all is fine....good sea view from balcony

It was so bad. The staff is abusive. If you don’t let them clean the room when they want to early morning then they’ll abuse and go. The bell boy was yelling at us too when we gave him luggage. The room Tiles are broken. The sofa is muddy and stained even when I told them they didn’t change it. There was a baby snake in the washroom and the staff after calling 3 times came to see it with nothing in his hand just his phone. And there are like 100 mosquitos in the room but they don’t have a spray so they only give you tissues to kill the mosquitos yourself. They don’t provide knife to cut cake it was my sisters birthday we asked them for a lighter at the reception to light the candle they didn’t give. We asked them to switch on the light outside to cut the cake they said no. We asked for a spoon they said no. I’ve never experienced such a bad service anywhere in my life. Remove it from MMT if you don’t want your reputation spoiled.

We reached the hotel and left pathetic property and not at all good location. This is far most disappointing property ever

the worst customer service ever, rooms are bad ,the only good thing about this place is the location but that's it ,let alone. that taxi's charge u more when u going to it because of the location,they don't offer soup , shaving kit , tooth brush or tooth base ,when i asked the lady in the reception she said they only offer shower gel, conditioner, shampoo,the staff is as rude as possible

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this resort. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful balcony offering a breathtaking panoramic ocean view — perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool was spotless and luxurious, adding to the overall sense of comfort and tranquility. The quiet location made it ideal for a peaceful getaway. However, the remote location does have its downsides. There’s no easy connectivity to happening beaches like Karon and Patong, and there are no shops or restaurants nearby, which means relying on a cab each time you want to explore or grab a bite. Also, while the bathroom was super clean, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drainage hole, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet, scenic retreat away from the crowds, this resort is a great choice!

Most beautiful property, it has an amazing ocean view , staff is great , food is delicious . really happy with the stay , looking forward to visit again soon .

man (mid old aged) at reception was very rude. room was very old and bad. washroom was old and looked like some 1000 bhat hotel room. better to book some other property. basically 3k bhat is not worth spending. 1k bhat is the best you can give. their own car was going to patong but asked for extra fare to give lift for 1 person. very very disappointing. Person at reception was rude. Room was not upto the mark after paying . Looks like 1k room.

To be honest. It’s kind of dissatisfying for me because i felt it was bit dusty in the room 312 i stayed. So far from the city. Staff don’t understand English and you need to walk a bit down. I got sick after i reach there but overall okok

Good rooms but no toiletries in room also location is different as per map. We had a short stay also breakfast menu is not that great.

I was not informed that there was renovation work going on due to which i couldn't do anything in the resort. What pictures and videos were nothing close to it. It would be good to inform the customer that there is work going on before taking the booking.

This property is doing complete fraud, using different images, interior is worst than hotel. The basic facilities like proper shower is also not working and frequent power cut.

None of the listed amenities or facilities like washing machine, bathroom slippers, were there false marketing at its peak

I had a terrible experience i would not recommend anyone to stay here. Reason is that the staff behaviour was very rude towards indians. Service was worst and even food. Ordered french fries but they were stale. I literally had to call the tourist police cz they were not helping us in any wah

Room : not as shown in photos, not sure the hotel staff gave the rightly booked room. Old room, just below the restaurant, you can hear the chair dragging noise. Breakfast was ok.

Only good thing is swimming pool and sunset point. Rooms are not worth of price. Room service is horrible. We had to wait for 3 hours for just 2 bottles of drinking water in the room.
