Location is great.. But staff is very rude.. specially in restaurant during breakfast.. Very upset about that..

worst worst horrible manager behaviour at reception,she is not listen first, we try to explaining but she is not listening,her name is BEN in receptiion we asked to check the cc camera but she is telling i am manager i won't listen u r words do what ever u want and finally after some time other boy came and said i am sorry for u r mistake worst worst staff and also AC is also not working properly as we aploded the pic

When we checked into the hotel we were given room in behind the front building and very long distance covering to reach room , location is ok but food is ok only, staff behaviour is not good.

Breakfast spread was good. However, after seeing rodent roaming in room and around, got suspicious about the kitchen hygiene.. Bathrooms are old and doesn’t have proper accessories.

The service was terrible. The staff gave us a room in which the Air conditioning wasn't working. When I tried talking, the staff was extremely disrespectful towards me, tried explaining me how AC works. Then their engineer confirmed the AC didn't work. They kept shifting us from room to room. Even the woman at reception was very disrespectful and kept saying what do you want now. We had a terrible experience. Not much options in food. We reached there in afternoon but couldn't get out anywhere untill dinner time due to the room situations. I even tried contacting Make my trip to get a full refund or move me into a different hotel but no help from there as well.

small cockroches running here now there. Uptill 2 days some water issues oc occurred. reception staff very aggressive . phone in one room was for only show piece totally dead. In other the phone was having a tone but we call to the reception, it says Please do not disturb us

Location of the Property was very good.... But service was not upto the mark..... Ac was not working properly...... Intercom facility was not available.... Breakfast was OK...... Will give 2* for this property......

Exceptional location just 1 min from beach in the heart of the city, rooms are fine, all required amenities like swimming pool etc. Available and staff is polite

Location of the hotel is good. People are cooperative. Good for family. Close to walking street, soi 6, runway 88 and central pattya. Rooms ok asper budget, pool is cool, near to beach.

Clean and friendly staff, location is very near to the beach, only drawback is room size is little. Have car and bike parking. Next to the famous mall.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and provided all the information i needed about the hotel's amenities and local attractions. Room: comfortable and luxurious my room was nothing short of perfect. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of high quality. The room was equipped with modern amenities, including a large tv, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a shower, plush towels, and premium toileterie. The pool area was a perfect place to relax, with comfortable loungers and a poolside bar that served refreshing drinks. Service, exemplary the service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member i encountered was courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. From the front office staff to the concierge, everyone contributed to a wonderful, many thanks to the house keeping boy who made my mother's day as he arranged special towel art for her birthday# 313#315 location: ideal the hotel's location was ideal, situated in a convenient area close to popular attractions, shopping, and dining options. It was easy to explore the city and return to the comfort of the hotel. Overall experience: unforgettable my stay at baron beach was unforgettable. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent dining, outstanding amenities, and exceptional service made it a perfect getaway. Worst experience i had ever met. Unwanted charges is really to much. I beg you guys never ever book dis hotel. It's better to sleep on road rather than dis property. They only charges to indians not other countries.
