I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Sheraton Samui Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect — close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast spread was exceptional, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. One of the bestest Sheraton Samui Resort to enjoy Koh Samui. Centrally located and easily accessible. Shuttle services inside the property makes you feel royal. Excellent services and the food here is absolutely amazing as well as the breakfast. Must visit Sheraton Samui Resort is you want to relax and enjoy Koh Samui.

The property was well maintained and the room was big and clean with a big balcony and lovely view of the sea. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and the taste was good. The staff was all courteous and helpful.

Nice stay the beach is great place to spend your day. Central mall is 15 mins drive where all the good restaurants and shops are, only 1 mall which is really worth. Hotel staff is amazing the food is good 👍🏻

We had booked sea view room, and the view was just breathtaking. Sunrise was just infront of Sheraton Samui Resort. Food was awesome. Service was too good. Overall very good experience

Very very old design of rooms and bathrooms. Bathroom has no jet in toilet seat. Shower area has no tap only a shower.
