The Hotel Sapphire is very good and the service is excellent. They have arranged for the pickup at midnight and also a warm welcome on the midnight. The breakfast is really up to the taste of the Indian. There is wide variety of foods available and the staff are very helpful for all your needs. Will prefer to stay again.

The location on Galle road is appropriate owing to closeness to the beach and is surrounded by good departmental stores. The service quality was good though I didn't have food at the Hotel Sapphire, so can't comment on that.

Nice & helpful staff. Requested a lighter at night 2am, they were so kind to send the same immediately. Good food, nice spread for the cost charged, centrally located... Had in house bar as well / restaurant / small swimming pool / taxi service to the airport.
