It was surprising that they don’t provide drinking water and there is no electric kettle in the room. The reception clearly said you can buy the water to drink from the vending machine. The location is great and everything else was good.

Hotel location is good; walking distance from La Rambla. Although I had prepaid for the hotel through MakeMyTrip, I was asked to pay city tax separately at the time of check-in. Though not a big amount but I had assumed my initial payment to be all inclusive so it was unexpected . Breakfast was good. There was a lot of variety available in breakfast . The staff was very quick in terms of the time I had to spend in check-in and check-out formalities . Rooms size was small and it lacked ventilation. The bathroom was also small and felt congested . They don't provide complimentary drinking water in room. You can get it from the vending machines within hotel . Hotel is strict about the 12PM check out policy but they do offer to hold your baggage in their cloak room if you want to check out by noon and pick it later for an evening/night flight . Overall it was good experience.
