A quite and decent hotel

The hotel is right in front of Raju Strawberry Farm which is one of the main attraction of highlands but is quite far from the main market and bus stop Tanha Rata. Though a small market is next to it from where you can buy strawberry along with other eatery and grocery stores. Overall it's a nice budget hotel with good view, only problem is that you will find it difficult to get taxi but if booked through hotel it will cost you more.

A little located on the outskirts. But the property is very good and the overall experience was very good too. There were renovations going on in the Hotel when we visited. Despite that we did not face any issues. They have good offers on tour packages available for visiting the area which can be booked right from the Hotel.

Good if you are not paying too much, it is a high rise old Hotel, needs renovation, but still works well. Breakfast was good, views are nice, pleasant. Service is slow as occupancy is low. Near Boh tea centre!

Location good. A further 10 km drive beyond Tanah Rata. Property rooms are getting old and need refurbishment. The apartments are much better and can be a great choice for groups. Next to Raju Hill Strawberry farm and Nova mall which has Dominos and an Indian/Pakistani eatery attached to the food court beside it.

Poor customer service. Didn’t provide me the triple room as booked. They were short of rooms and offered the check in for a double room after 3 pm instead of triple room. Extra bed to make this room triple was offered only at 4.30 pm after few complaints.
