Overall the hotel stay was good, the lady at the reception named Janara was the best person I have ever met. She was very helpful and supportive. The hotel had a good breakfast and everything, but the hotel staff was a little bit rude, when we asked for a taxi hotel to the airport he straight said don't can't book we weren't able to book a taxi due to language and don't have booking apps and no busy was there for lagage transfer

Very poor response from the receptionist..not able to sleep in the room at the night time because of no air circulation.I complained about this in the reception..they are not listening..poor maintenance…not suitable for family..I severely recommend don’t book in this hotel to all our Indians…I travelled more countries but I never seen like this hotel before…Very worst
