There is no AC or fan in room but you can ask for a table fan. Staff behaviour was excellent they are ready to help you every time. My room was on 5th floor but they have lift up to 4th floor so you have to take staircase for 5th floor. If you are vegetarian then there are very limited option available here. It's at walking distance from main/central bus stand. Free Wi-fi available at good speed. You will be welcome by a small bottle of red wine in your room and a bottle of water in room refrigerator.
