    Rooms were nice, with balcony. But were very very hot! Air conditioning zero, even if it was said “climate control”. Great great spread if breakfast and what a lovely service and what a vibe in morning!!! Respect and appreciate for the restaurant staff!!! Last but nit the least , was told at check-in “housekeeping/cleaning ONLY when you ask for it”! And today before leaving with half packed luggage, and room wall over the place, purse lying, passport and money, stuff all over the bed and floor, I came back from breakfast and voila someone was in the room cleaning! I was shocked and scared, taken aback! This guy was cleaning the handwash sink! Very uncomfortable! Even if I trust the staff, there was NO WAY anyone would have entered the room in that shape for room cleaning!!! Why did he enter without me asking for cleaning!!! Still uncomfortable thinking of it! Do I do the packing AGAIN!?!?! My good stay 🤦🏻‍♀️

    Not having AC in the room is a huge disappointmen

    Staff was good so was the room but there was no AC in the room and it is not mentioned anywhere in the hotels website. When we asked they said you can open the windows as room is air cooled. Too much noise outside after opening the window. Overall disappointing for a tourist not having an AC in the room. Hotel should specify that they don't have one. Will not stay again.

    Came to Nurenberg on an official visit and decided to go to Berlin for sight seeing. Landed up at the hotel midnight the front desk was courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread and quality was excellent. Only to reach from Berlin was difficult as we had yo change two metros to reach there.

    Poor service. Staff not very helpful. The air conditioning in the room just didn't work despite some fancy climate control system that the hotel claimed that they had. Location is great though but with this kind of service I wouldn't really recommend this hotel.

    Good hospitality and location was plus points, good staff behaviour and enough time spent for check in, proper guidance given from reception staff regarding city tour, only lacking was free drinking water more than one bottle per day is necessary.

    Food was not up to the mark for Asian vegetarians, behaviour of staff was excellent, gave me proper guidance and well managed my check in before time, drinking water was not provided free more than one bottle per day. The best incidence was they managed some indian vegetable curries for all vegetarians.
